General Terms and Conditions

1. Contract

The presentation of dishes is not a binding offer. By submitting an order you make a binding offer.

For card or TWINT payment the contract is concluded on successful payment; for QR invoice payment with our order confirmation. Quotes become binding when you accept them on the quote page.

Large events, service on site and special requests are offered through a personal quote.

2. Prices

All prices are in Swiss francs including statutory VAT at the applicable rate (currently 2.6 % for delivered food, 8.1 % for service on site). The total shown in the order summary or quote and the VAT shown on the invoice apply.

For deliveries we charge a transport fee by distance from our kitchen in Neerach, shown before you order. Pickup in Neerach is free.

3. Payment

Card and TWINT: payment when ordering via Stripe. Orders not paid within the time shown expire.

QR invoice: from an order value of CHF 500, payable within 30 days. In case of late payment we send reminders and reserve the right to collection.

Quotes: deposit as stated in the quote (usually 30 %), due within 7 days of acceptance. If the deposit has not arrived 10 days after acceptance, we may cancel the order. The balance is due after the event with the final invoice.

4. Delivery and pickup

We deliver to the address given within the chosen time window. Please ensure access and a reachable contact person on site. Extra effort caused by wrong details or missing access may be charged.

Pickups take place within the chosen time window at our kitchen in Neerach.

Food is intended for prompt consumption. After handover, cooling and storage are your responsibility.

5. Cancellation by you

The time until the start of the booked time window applies: more than 7 days (168 hours) before, free; from 7 days to 72 hours before, 50 % of the total incl. transport; less than 72 hours before, 100 %.

Unpaid card and TWINT orders from the online shop (not from quotes) can be cancelled free of charge at any time. Quotes with service on site are cancelled by message; the fee is agreed individually, at most according to the tiers above.

Amounts paid in excess of the cancellation fee are refunded (card/TWINT to the original payment method, otherwise by bank transfer). If the fee exceeds the amount paid, the rest is invoiced.

You cancel on your order page (link in the order confirmation) or by message.

6. Cancellation by Mixel

We may cancel an order for good cause (e.g. force majeure, kitchen failure, deposit not paid). Amounts already paid are refunded in full; further claims are excluded to the extent permitted by law.

7. Allergens

For every dish we declare the 14 major allergens under food law and the origin of meat. Traces from our shared kitchen cannot be ruled out. Please state allergies and intolerances when ordering and ask us if in doubt.

8. Complaints and liability

Please check the delivery on handover and report defects immediately, at the latest on the day of the event. For justified defects we provide, at our choice, replacement or a price reduction.

We are liable only for intent or gross negligence; liability for slight negligence is excluded to the extent permitted by law. Mandatory statutory liability (e.g. product liability, personal injury) remains reserved.

9. Customer account and data protection

You can order without an account. We process your data as described in our privacy policy.

10. Applicable law and jurisdiction

Swiss law applies. Place of jurisdiction is Neerach (district of Dielsdorf), subject to mandatory places of jurisdiction for consumers.
